Permitted and Non-permitted Items On Savour!
- PRODUCTS
- Products that can be listed on SAVOUR! are products that can commonly be found in the categories given on SAVOUR! when uploading the catalogue of products. For products which cannot be easily associated with any of the categories, it would be imperative to acquire SAVOUR!’s written consent before uploading and listing. You can acquire consent from SAVOUR! by emailing hello@savourapp.co. For any product deemed unsuitable by SAVOUR!, SAVOUR! reserves the right, at its discretion, to remove your product from our platform.
- Products that are strictly not allowed to be sold include, but are not limited to, expired, illegal or spoilt products.
- You should account for delivery delays when selling expiring products. SAVOUR! determines whether your product is expired by comparing the date of receival by the customer, and not the date of order by the customer, in the event of a dispute.
- Products may not be expired but if they present signs of, including, but not limited to, mold, unusual smell, unusual color and unusual taste, they should not be listed on SAVOUR!.
- Laws of the Republic of Singapore governing what can and cannot be sold in Singapore will be applicable for all products on SAVOUR!.
